Conrad Hilton was tearing down a street early Saturday when he side-swiped a parked car -- and the impact was all caught on surveillance video ... obtained by TMZ.

Daddy Yankee is being sued by a concert promoter who claims his eyeballs were BLEEDING from stress after the rapper bailed on 10-show concert tour in Argentina just two days before the first show.

According to a new lawsuit filed in federal court in Florida, Diego Hernan De Iraola claims he paid Yankee $820,000 up front for a 6-show tour ... and Yankee was on board.

Iraola claims he later struck a deal with the rapper's camp to expand the tour to 10 shows ... and they agreed that Yankee would be paid an additional $480,000.

Iraola claims everything seemed hunky dory ... until days before the first show, when Yankee's people suddenly demanded the $480k up front ... or else Yankee would pull out of the tour.

Iraola claims he PROMISED he would get them the cash once the rapper arrived to Argentina ... but the promise wasn't good enough for Yankee's people ... and the rapper backed out of the ENTIRE TOUR just 2 days before the first show.

Iraola claims he was humiliated by the cancellation -- and was so stressed out, he began to experience nosebleeds, high blood pressure ... and even began to bleed in his eyes.

Now, Iraola is demanding Yankee return the $820k ... PLUS he wants a ton of cash for all the damage he's caused in his personal and professional life.

Calls to Yankee's camp have not been returned.

Ice Cube knows ... you can't have a "Friday" movie without John Witherspoon to punish the bathrooms.

TMZ has learned ... Cube has already reached out to the actor to reprise his role as his burrito-eating, dog-catching father, Willie Jones, in the next "Friday" movie.

We spoke to Witherspoon ... who tells us, "I said, 'HELL YEAHHHH! I am ready to do this!"

Witherspoon says nothing is in stone yet ... but he's very confident everything will be worked out.

TMZ broke the story ... Cube has also been in talks with Chris Tucker and Tiny Lister about reprising the roles they made famous in the 1995 hit.

WItherspoon says he's excited to work with all his old pals -- but he's more fired up about the women ... telling us, "One thing for sure that I do look forward to seeing on the set is pretty girls."

“Cube always has bunch fine women on the set. I am an old black man, how could I not look forward to taping with a bunch of pretty girls surrounding the set?"

Tareq Salahi ain't taking his internationally humiliating divorce sitting down -- TMZ has learned, he's now demanding his estranged wife and her rock star BF cough up $17 MILLION ... for publicly humiliating him with their torrid affair.

Tareq's attorney just fired off a letter to lawyers for Michaele Salahi and "Journey" guitarist Neal Schon -- claiming the adulterous couple profited unfairly off Tareq's misery ... and sabotaged his career in the process.

The taunting, the $10,000 lingerie shopping sprees, the onstage make-out sessions, the penis pics ... that was all just salt on the wound.

According to Tareq's lawyer, the large-scale publicity surrounding Michaele's affair with Schon skyrocketed ticket sales for Journey's most recent tour -- all while torpedoing several pending TV deals Tareq had previously made with his wife ... before she ran off with the rock star.

Tareq claims Michaele and Neal have since put the wheels in motion for their own reality show -- leaving Tareq in the dust ... with $2 million of debt.

Tareq wants $17 million to compensate him for all his suffering. We reached out to reps for Neal and Michaele -- so far, no word back.

Nicky Hilton used the "I'm on phone" technique to dodge our photog's questions this afternoon about her brother, Conrad Hilton, who was in a car accident early Saturday morning.

Cops say Hilton crashed into two parked cars at 12:50 AM. He was not ticketed.

The detective who investigated the death of Natalie Wood back in 1981 says he would have arrested Robert Wagner himself if the evidence pointed in that direction, but instead he "never really got suspicious of a murder."

Duane Rasure, a retired detective sergeant for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide Bureau, tells CBS News, "If I have ever the slightest inkling there was a murder, something suspicious, I would have worked it. I did not cover for anybody and I wouldn't cover for anybody. I don't care about their celebrity status. They were people."

Rasure, whose interview airs on CBS tonight, says he believes Dennis Davern, the boat captain from that night, is not telling the full truth and that he is "trying to sell a book and make money off of it."
